SHEPRETH - ROUND 6

UKAHFT Round 6 Shepreth:
well we camped for the night, and awoke to a heavy fog which meant you could only just see 20 yards on the plinking range.
It probably didn’t help that we were up till 1.30am the night before being led astray by BIG Chris Sutcliffe

                      
                             A bad influence??                                                          Pondering the day ahead!!

The first session got away on time and the fog had cleared enough to let everyone see all the targets, there were a few problem targets in the morning which caused delays, which meant the second session started later than normal.
Thank god as my head was still pounding!!.

Apart from the odd shower, the heavy rain that had been forecast held of till after the presentations so nobody got drenched

Young Harry did us proud, 3rd in his Junior class, along with Lee 2nd in .22 class.
Unfortunately I let the side down with a crap 48, but Guy started to show a better score with 54, but he blamed Jane Sparkes for putting him off a bit.. and bloody Steph won another gun in the raffle.

Well done to all, looking forward to Quarry and the still mountain air and day long sun shine.
